Dice were shaking this weekend at the Interstate Center, with the return of board game convention Flatcon. Started in 2000, the event hosts rounds of Warhammer, as well as Pathfinder and Starfinder. There was also a board game library with 900 items available for patrons to check out.  Convention board member Matt Perschnick said 470 attended across the three-day event. The most popular board games checked out include Wingspan, Viticulture, and Truck Off: The Food Truck Frenzy. Event proceeds are donated to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
